We spent Sunday morning in Pearland with Lao Nian, Lao Yie, Jo Jo, Ruby A Yi and Uncle Matt! Teething babies like eating cold ice cream - yum! I'm sure it felt good on her gums. Then Grandma and Grandpa came over for dinner so Abby got to spend time with all of her lovely family! :)
Poor Abby had an on/off fever for an entire week and Sunday was her first full day of no fever/ibuprofen. Whew and yipee! I said before she has 4 teeth coming in but it is now who knows. Her gums are all bumpy (especially on the bottom) and it seems like the two existing teeth are throwing a party so ALL the other teeth are invited. It's been an arduous week and I image things will not change for the next month. Abby's usual bottomless pit, 20 minutes to eat, appetite has now stretched out to 1 - 1.5 hours long. That is the more torturous part. And since eating is off, so is napping/sleeping. Luckily lately she has slept through the nights but it makes for long days when there is little or no napping and we're just left with emotionally unstable, happy one second, sad the next second baby. But the cuddling has been awesome! Mommy and Daddy might be a little spoiled now. :) Oh wait, she tricked us! Now ABBY is the spoiled one! Oops...

Abby watched while Daddy built a giraffe and then she proceeded to tear it apart. The destruction/disassembly seems to be her favorite part. I was pretty impressed by the giraffe...
Then they fell asleep - aaawww....
Then they hung out in the morning. Good quality Daddy/daughter time!
