Due to Abby's new sleep cycle, she's been testing my patience. I have yet to break down in tears but I'm sure the day will come. Out of desparation, I've been trying different positions for her to sleep in:
On her belly...
In my lap...
Swaddled in the Boppy chair...that apparently didn't work.
Swaddled laying on her back...
So finally I packed her up in the car seat and we went out for a ride around the neighborhood...and it worked! Couple that with some soothing soft classical baby music (thank you Aunt Debbie!) in the background, I finally got a quiet sleepy baby!
Abby finally graduated to sleeping in her own crib in her own room. We initially had her in the Pack N' Play in our room, then she graduated to sleeping in the living room still in the PNP and now she's made it to her own room.
These last 2 pictures are being posted just because I think she looks cute - the first she's posing again and the second is her usual monkey nose/kissy lips face. :)

Love that hair. My friend's little girl just turned 7 months and her hair has finally laid down. Rock it if you got it (as Chad might say)
She's so cute. Try rubbing her hair with a dryer sheet. My hair stuck up until I was 18 months and my mom used the dryer sheet trick to get it to lay down.
Really?? Good idea! I'll let you know how it works. :) Hope you're doing well! Saw your 30th slide show - awesome job!
